I get razor burn sometimes when I shave my bikini area. It's just very uncomfortable. I was wondering if there are any products that any of you use that work better than shaving. If you could tell me a specific product that would be great! Wax seems kind of painful, but if it works well please tell me about it. And has anyone ever tried the lotion/cream type stuff and you just rub on and it's supposed to make the hair just go away? Please give me some suggestions!!

Don't let anyone fool ya, wax hurts like crazy! But it make you very soft and smooth and takes awhle for the hair to row back. I'm a sissy though, I did i once and can' bring myself to do it again. I also have sensitive skin so the Nair products irritate my skin. I use conditioner and found a good razor and that's what I have stuck with. The plus side... No more razor burn . The down side is I do it every day to stay smooth.

I have a product for you. Buy a Seiko Cleancut Shaver. Any electric women's shaver will work better than a razor. Remington women's shavers work great for the bikini area. An electric shaver works best if you dry shave with baby powder. Be sure to apply plenty of baby lotion to help soothe the skin. Shaving down there is like shaving any other area of the body. The skin becomes less sensitive if you shave at least two or three times every week.

Using the triple blade razors will make you breakout. Also, shaving up against the hair will make you have razor burn. Be gentle and try using shaving cream for sensitive skin. Also, after you get out of tub try putting a little Johnson and Johnson medicated powder on your bikini area it seems to help alot.

I shave mine but when I'm done, I always follow up with Bikini Zone. It prevents redness and irritation. I've been using it for over a year. I love it. You can find it at Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreen's, etc.
