eat a lot of Mexican food with hot peppers what till it builds up in you then let it all out. show the ghost who lives in the house and uses the toilet. if it is still bad call American standard they may help with the problem or TAPS. use caution with the peppers, don't burn your blank hole.

do ur duty outside, or pray when you pee, or possibly even ripe it out and replace it. i'm not sure, but personally, that would be a big problem, seeing how me and my toilet are pretty close when i have those bodily urges. Hope ur toilets normal soon
