Thanx very much Miss FineWhine whatever u have mentioned I have done every thing except calling their head office coz its almost 9 pm and i reckon there wont be able to contact any person before Monday so i thought it would be a good idea to take help from yahoo answers. Its great to hear the fabulous ideas from you but please never try to underestimate any person before giving any ideas. As before yahoo answers the world was still running and everybody still had got many options to get answers of their queries but this forum is here to give people help in a direct way instead of telling them why you have asked this question Nonsense.

I'm going to do you a huge favor here even though you may not see it that way. Are you familiar with the famous old saying “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime"? I've done PR for more years than I would like to admit. I could do the legwork and look it up for you, but I am assuming if you need this info for a study you are educating yourself for some career where you will need to know how to reach similar people in the future.

So say I was in your your shoes and I had no resources on hand. The first thing I would do is do a web search for the McDonald's corporation. I would specifically do a detailed Google or search engine of your choice and use key words such as "McDonald's executive offices public relations." I would then go through what I got. If there was no direct link I would find the company headquarters, call them, and ask who handles their PR, get a direct line, and if possible a name of someone.

And in other cases if you can't find the info online I would suggest calling a local business and ask for a manager and ask for a number for the executive offices. Just noticed you location but I am sure there are McD offices in your corner of the world, even though they may not be the main ones. I would call and if they can't provide the info you need and direct you to the states I would ask for them to give you an exact person who should be able to help.

I hope you understand why I am not just looking this up for you. I think it's a good lesson to learn. And if I were you I wouldn't email I would call directly. I think you'll get much better results.

Good luck!
