How could we make friends stop back talking badly on other friends?

People who have 2 faces who appear in front of one person so good but when he leaves you find them expressing negative feelings towards him...how could you repair that in order to make the society loving for each other

I usually tell the unaware person the things that was said behind their backs. If someone has that much gall to badmouth people, they should be responsible enough to own up to it.

I would make the person that they are talking badly about aware of the situation, so that they could confront them themselves. Maybe embarrasement would do them good, to be caught. They truly are not worth having as a friend, so I definately would replace them.

You cant change people. Just keep being good to people and throughout your life others will follow your good example.
That's all you can do, and if everyone did and thought like you do, it would improve society.
But you are improving society is your own small way because you have good intentions towards others, unlike your friend.

Invite them to a meeting with the other friend to discuss the matter at hand. They will usually either put up or shut up.

ask them to be real.if they really had heart they would confort the person instead of the sneaky back stabbing trash talk.once a fake always a fake .i stay away from those snakes.
