I'm doing it in the summer and i wanna know how hard it will be. We are doing it over 4 days and camping at night.
Any tips?

That is so cute of you!! fancy running to my house?..I'll meet you half way.. I'm more of a biker then a runner, but for you, i'd run to Timbuktu!!

Practice first by building up to a days walking on you days off. Also wear good shoes, not worn but broken in decently, and have a second pair to switch off every other day.
Good thick socks help as well.

Well done ... i cant help but admire people who do that ..

Do some training before hand ... thats a long way .. and it will help you if you dont usualy do that kind of excersice .

I did a 50 mile cycle ride last summer and that was really tough . i would have failed for sure if hadnt av trained before hand
