I found a really cute recipe a few years ago to make a sheep out of rolls, (Lamb pull-aparts, recipe link below) and then I always make Jello in the shape of a bunny using a mold from the Jello people. Instead of ham, how about pork chops, or instead of turkey, you could do Chicken Paprikash.

I always thought it would be interesting to do a Kosher meal for Easter. Have never gotten around to it, though. Or to follow the menu for Passover.
If that interests you, just type in Jewish recipes for Passover in a search engine and see what comes up.
I've done some different kosher dishes and liked a lot of them. I apologize if I accidently offended those of the Jewish faith here. I realize you don't celebrate Easter and it is not my intent to offend.

I do green (dyed deviled) eggs and ham... but an Italian family I knew did a big homemade lasagna. And one year my Mom made chicken enchiladas. Another time, I was in France and this guy I was seeing made leg of lamb for his family for Easter. Really there's no limit to what you can do.

Here in greece we roast a whole lamb on a spit in the garden...but if that's too much for you...how about oven-roast lamb, or barbequed lamb ribs and chops. Lamb is symbolic at Easter of course, so is a must, just like the eggs are.

Since we live in San Antonio, as a change from the traditional, we have enchiladas, tamales, rice and beans. In the past, we had wild game as the meat and then the traditional vegetables. Shepherd's pie might be a good idea. ;)

Lamb!--for the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, and his resurrection. Also for the original Passover lambs.
Farm fowl such as duck or goose might be a good change, too!
