OH my... Your boyfriend is "fixin" to be a dad.... he is still in school... can he be on house arrest.... Do you live in Tenessee?? Is your dad your uncle also?????

I guess it would really depend on what he burned. If he set a garbage can on fire then maybe if he doesn't have any priors. If he set a building on fire, then probably not.
The fact that he's still in school and soon to be a father might help mitigate any sentence he might receive, but like I said, it would really come down to what he's charged with burning.

Please tell me your are kidding. Do us all a favor and give the kid up for adoption if you are truly pregnant. I can't imagine the life this child would lead if her or she were to be raised in this type of environment.
Beyond that, sentencing laws and criminal penalties vary by state. Your boyfriends needs to consult a local attorney and just plain grow up. You two are not equipped to raise this child.

Maybe if it's his first time in trouble, has a stable home to return to, gets a part time job, and attends school regularly. No guarantees.
