If you are talking about the homework hours out of school, these ideas might help.
1. Set aside the SAME time each day for study. One hour, or two, whatever it takes.
2. Have a LIGHT snack, settle in a comfortable place. Use good lighting and an uncluttered work space.
3. Cut out ALL distractions. (Very low, GENTLE music may be used to block noise from other sources you can not control.)
4. Begin one task or subject at a time and FINISH it before moving on to the next one.
5. Attack the more difficult subjects first and save the easier ones for last.....then CELEBRATE when you are done.

write your studies down over and over again but don't read them every time
