BT Voyager laptop adapter compatible with Dell?

I just purchased a BT Voyager Laptop Adapter 1065, to fit with my brothers Dell Inspiron 1300. However the card won't fit into his laptop card slot. I have a BT card in my Dell and assumed the newer models would be compatible. Any ideas?

Hi Marvin - thanks for your response. I have since read that new Dell laptops don't support the standard PCI card but only ExpressCards.

The BT Voyager Laptop Adapter 1065 fits into a standard PCMCIA slot. Your brother's laptop doesn't have PCMCIA slots at all?
