Jenster it is not about being "self important" all I did was state a fact
Most home accidents can be avoided with a little more attentiveness by the parents.

Thank you Mandie! I would rather get a honest answer! I hear enough BS from fake people. I may not always agree, but if I ask a question, I better be able to handle the answers!

They are looking for confirmation of their own viewpoint. They are not eliciting a discussion about the topic.
Whilst I recognise some answers are ludicrous, I do like to read peoples differing opinions. It makes the world a more interesting place and I might learn something!

People get upset because they don't like the truth and sometimes they don't understand it!I prefer to say something directly to someone than to talk behind his back.It's impossible that everybody will agree with me but I think it's better to say what I think!

Sometimes when I get an honest response, I go to someone else. And it's because I'm looking for an answer until I like it.

Some people don't want an opinion, just someone to agree with them. I've noticed that a lot around here.

Because everybody, especially in the U.S., considers themselves a victim! My stance on abortion upsets some, my stance on the death penalty, black culture, hispanic culture, gay/lesbian culture, men, women, etc. However, i do tend to be more blunt than most and I refuse to color coat it to make somebody feel better. Why should they get to feel good if they are stupid. Another subject! I hate stupid, uneducated, people who speak!

Maybe people put questions on here and they are hoping people are going to be 'kind' ! ha, fat chance.
I hate it when you give an answer that is of your own personal experience, and it's RELEVANT to the question, people go and put a 'bad answer' rating on it. What the hell for ???!!!

because people can't HANDLE the truth (did you get the tom cruise reference??hehe)
i say if people ask for the truth they deserve the truth, however harsh it may be. if they didn't want to know, they shouldn't have asked.
one exception: do these pants make my butt look big? Always answer NO!lol

I agree. I had someone not like the answer I gave them and decided to email me about it and resort to name calling. How stupid!
