This is hard question...there were a few organizations using the internet that helped reunite family / relatives split up by the war..but these have closed now.

This was probably the largest online site but it internet site is no longer working.. However here is the contact I could find Dubravko Kakarigi

They are still tracing missing people ..and the Ante Mortem Data project is there to trace anyone who still has not found missing family. This service is free and you are urgered to contact your local red cross office

I guess you can try to get some instructions for it in your local Bosnian embassy... sorry, I can't give you better answer...
