I dreamed of quad bikes with paintball guns mounted on them!! Do these exist? If not is it possible??

Hell survivors in Michigan did that they made tanks out of quads.

Look up the Hellhound by tippmann, it has a ten barrel dual feed paintball cannon on the front, two 98s on the side, and a grenade flinger on the back. also doc's machine makes a lot of crazy mods and could probably cook something up that would work without too much trouble.

i just happen to live in the middle of the woods and surrounded by a good bit of wooded area (20...30 acres)...all kinds of various paths, old logging trails...so..anyway...the people that own it can't develop on it...so as long as we promise not to sue them for our "stupid little stunt"...they didn't care if we ran our quadbikes all around the place...
so....most of our little group didn't have guns mounted on thier bike, so, they'd have to one-hand it whenever they wanted to shoot..when the electronic triggering systems came out, a few of us rigged our guns to our bikes...we usually still had an additional free gun.
the point is..it can be done, it's not easy....and it's really not safe, most of us should of been killed but luckly none of the terrain allowed us to gain a whole lot of speed
was it fun? oh yeah...some of the dudes would commonly hop backwards and let someone drive...they'd sit backwards and do nothing but shoot....we'd also do the same thing in the winter at night with lasertag.

But sadly no, never heard of it and couldn't find anything on it.
