Honestly? There's no easy way to say that to someone who has been close to you for years. It would be best for you to sit her down and calmly tell her the news. If she gets mad or overreacts, it's normal so dont worry about it. Once you tell her you should feel better and whatever happens you can feel good because you told her the truth and it was all for a good reason.

damn man you should have told her before you married her you knew the way you were before met her now do the right thing and tell her and i hope she leaves you and takes everything after you tell her now like the first guy i am pissed you told me too
