Any brand, any size, really, but tampons have big draw-backs - drying, wasteful (imagine all the landfill space taken up by tampons and applicators!), and somewhat dangerous, what with the chance of Toxic Shock Syndrome.
A good way to save money (in the long run) and help the enviornment would be get a DivaCup, or use reusable cloth pads.
