It depends on the woman.
Some women need Super sized tampons,
Because of their flow is so heavy...
And others use slim/slender tampons...
Some women use Tampax,
And others use Suave or Always,
Kotex is rather popular as well...
It's all personal prefrence.
So it all depends on what the woman see's fit for her body.

Any brand, any size, really, but tampons have big draw-backs - drying, wasteful (imagine all the landfill space taken up by tampons and applicators!), and somewhat dangerous, what with the chance of Toxic Shock Syndrome.
A good way to save money (in the long run) and help the enviornment would be get a DivaCup, or use reusable cloth pads.
