Have you tried drinking a lot of water? I don't know of any STD's which cause it, so maybe sex wasn't the issue. You could get some of those gas X pills to see if they cause the pressure to be released. Or if that doesn't work, you really should see a Gastrointestinal Dr., they specialize in what's going on in your digestive tract.

The removal of waste is vital to a healthy body, and constipation can be accompanied by a variety of additional, uncomfortable symptoms. These symptoms may include the inability to have a bowel movement, difficulty passing a stool, hard, dry, impacted waste that is dark in color, straining to pass a stool and having very little come out, rectal bleeding following a stool, abdominal pain and discomfort, bloating, and gas.

you may have a yeast infection- it can move to your stomach area and will not come across any standard medical tests. stay way from sweets as much as possible, the yeast activates with sugars, and add a lot of coconut oil and yogurt to your diet. it deactives the yeast. research canida not just yeast infections.
