I use super always.... But only until I can get enough cloth menstrual pads, because dispoasble pads are just no good.

proper pads for this purpose. I made the mistakes of taking maxi pads .... nurses laughed and despatched hubby to get the well being facility huge pamper form ones! solid success and do not fret the well being facility provide you with some in case you're taking the incorrect element.

Forget maxi pads... I use tampons. Messier but easier and less worrysome. Pads are for beginners that either can't or don't want to use tampons. Tampons are so much more reliable. Tampax Pearl for me.

personally...i use always...but i haven't really tried any other kinds. they work well though and there are a bunch of different kinds for heavy days and light days...and even like over night ones
