It would have to become the United Federation of Planets, before we worry about the whole universe.

I dont think its an easy job 'cos the UN is now finding it very difficult to run its missionproperly. U very well know that. When we make plans for united universe we are not going to entrust it with the limbing UN, we better find another new one la.... with updated ideas and noble thinking this visious UN may be of no more then.

that would come after the galactic wars. thousands of years after the planetary or solar wars. Which may already be happening and we're on some backwater village away from any major solar systems. I'm not so sure man will get so far.
