I figured the pre-paid would ring in,prepaid is an excuse of those that want to spy. so, how does a signal provider track a lost phone. Or who runs the satellites or service providers, they do have logs of my usage time and yours, what about his?

uhm,ok, a cell phone can flushdns, is pre-paid, Time Servers, the cellphone gets a signal from a satellite and also gets a /name,### and junk to make and receive comms. The Time Server has to know where the phone is at so that a bill or no bill can be charged, or not charged by every minute of long distance it is or is not using on the network by a particular phone,.or is it just a fancy CB/HAM/? that people are paying nobody to actually use it?
