My husband and I love the Manzanita Inn in Manzanita, OR (between Cannon Beach and Tillamook). The rooms all have hot tubs and gas fireplaces. There are plenty of romantic restaurants in the area. And nothing says "romantic" like long walks on a nice beach!

(It's places on the central Oregon Coast in Gleneden Beach).
I would also recommend places in Bandon, as there are some lovely beach cottages there, and outside Walport that are on the coast but private.
