If I understand your question you are wondering what the average Amish person might spend in a given time. To calculate that you would have to estimate their income from sales of goods, the cost of fabric(they make their own clothes), the cost of a horse, etc. They live simply with no technology or fuel charges and eshew all things technical so their needs are few. They carry no debt and only live within their means. It is a community so they all pay to build new homes, church, community centers and schools as well as maintain their own roads so a portion of their budget must include community service. For a better understanding you could check out this site; http://www.800padutch.com/amish.shtml. Good Luck!
