There's a hat, it's red and white. The visor-like part is red, and the back and sides are red, and the front is white. It has this blue this in the front. I know on one of the hats like this, the blue thing is reading a book.
Could anyone help me find where to buy one?

I suugest on google you click red, white and blue hat ( or cap) and click 'images' . A load of images of hats will come up and it will include the source -website addresses. That would be the easier way to find it. Unless you know the trade name of the hat, it will be difficult to help you find the specific one for which you are looking.

From your discription it sounds like it might be a dr. seuss hat? with thing one and thing two?? (blue , reading a book...) try a search for that or the" cat in the hat" hat! And BTW I think it sounds cute so don't listen to those rude ****s

I know people always recommend this but... have you tried ebay or amazon.com? They have so many different styles. Also maybe urbanoutfitters.com or target?
