Do any pools in Las Vegas offer "nude" sun bathing? Also does a lot of "swinging" go on around the pools or hotels?

1) Caesars Palace Hotel Casino
Topless sunbathing is permitted at the Venus Pool, in a tribute to Roman debauchery. The topless sunbathing pool opened in 2004 just off the main pool area, with a screen separating the two.
2) Mandalay Bay Hotel Casino
The secluded Moorea Beach Club is an adults-only pool for topless sunbathing during the day, and a South Beach-style nightclub after lights-out (summers only). Three small swimming pools and a sandy beach area overlook the main pools, and European-style or topless sunbathing is permitted. Moorea Beach Club is located just past the wedding chapel.
3) Stratosphere Hotel Casino
Beach Club 25 opened in October 2004, and permits topless sunbathing. There is an admission charge for men ($10) but women are admitted free.

Pools are only topless so try these:
Caesars Palace (the original topless pool!)
Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay
Bare at Mirage
and Wynn Las Vegas.
As far as swinging try the Red Rooster or the Green Door.
