you go to www.abc.com
then you should see like a screen that's like a little retangular thingy. and it says watch abc shows online free
then you click on that.
then a new screen should open, so then click on the show you wanna watch, then another screen should open, then it will load and you click on the little picture then like the episodes will pop out so you click on which one you want

i think its on abc so you can watch it on abc.com or watever channel its on unless its fox its myspace.com/fox
