I love Charmed, also. But if I'd say any movies that have to do with magic, I'd say the Harry Potter series, The Illusionist, or (even though I never seen it before) The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Lion The Witch, And The Wardrobe

Neverending Story. I still love that movie, even after all these years. I would not highly recommend the sequels, though. The third one was so bad (in my opinion) that I would not waste my money again.
Chronicles of Narnia is also a good one.
Big Fish was kind of interesting. It's a little weird though.
Finding Neverland. I absolutely love that movie. It is a drama, but it has some magical moments. I am not one for drama movies, but I can watch that one over and over.
If you are a Disney person, you might get a kick out of the Halloweentown trilogy, made by Disney.
The live action version of Peter Pan might be a good one (I love it). And also Hook.
Labryinth is interesting as well.
Then there's the classic Princess Bride.
Just a few you might like.

Earthsea-- miniseries originally aired on TNT, I think. Has Kristen Kreuk from Smallville and Shawn Ashmore from the X-men movies in it. It's a mixture of legends and sorcery kinda epic movies.
Legend--it's circa 1986 and if you don't mind Tom Cruise (pre-Nicole Kidman), then it's a good flick.
Dungeons and Dragons-- 2000. stars Jeremy Irons as well as Thora Birch and one of the Wayans brothers. Damsels in distress, fire-breathing dragons, etc. and that good stuff.
Dragonheart--don't know year, but you can't beat Sean Connery as the voice of the dragon! Dennis Quaid also stars.
If you like magical, fantasy movies you might enjoy Arthurian legend movies: Mists of Avalon, King Arthur (Clive Owen, Keira Knightley), and Merlin (Sam Neill, Helena Bonham Carter)
