I think so, 40 year olds now take much better care of themselves than before. I think it's absolutly true that 40 is the new 30, 30 is the new 20 and so on.

Yes, it's true 40 year olds are 10 years less mature today than they were 50 years ago. Or 10 years younger at heart - putting it nicely. I'm getting close to it so I can tell myself in 3 years time that I'm this years 30.

Looking at most old pictures though, there only seemed to be 3 ages 50 years ago: Child, Adult and Pensioner.

Now we can be Octogenarian Pornstars..........

We must make our grandparents generation just so proud.

for females 40 is the hot 30 for constructive I mean look in any respect the girls of their 40's & even 50's that noticeably a lot look extra perfect older of their 40's/50's than they did of their 30's... Vanna White on Wheel of Fortune working example i think of she is a lot extra attractive being older.

no 40 is a miserable age, i am 46 now and i think that at about 42 you are feeling like 30 again, , 40 and 41 are no good.

Well, I'm turning 40 this month and I feel pretty young. But I have no idea what people who were 40 a decade or two ago felt like, so who knows.

Does it really matter anyway? We're all as young as we think we are.
