i bought the soothie bottles for my twins because they LOVED the soothie pacifiers while in the hospital. THEY ARE CRAP. I guess because they are so wide and short but you can never get all the formula out of it..and they get alot of bubbles. To me they are crap and a big waste of money. Try Playtex VentAire..they reduce bubbles and that means less gas and colic..or even the dropins are good. I still use the soothies on a very very rare occasion when ever single other one of my bottles is dirty (i do not reuse the same bottle...i dont even know if you are supposed to) and they are crap

Everyones theory is different when it comes to bottles. Some people say that if they baby is really hungry the type of bottle doesnt matter and that they baby will figure it out. Others people theory is babies only take certain nipples. My son took four different type of nipples with no problem, so I dont think that bottle really matters. Soothie bottles are fine but if you plan on breast feeding and you pump I wouldnt buy the pump that goes with the soothie bottles which is the first years pump. I boaugt it and it was terrible and then looked online and it had very bad reviews. Anyway you may want to get a couple other bottles if you think that you may have problems but if you stick with it they most likely will be able to use whatever you give the baby.,

particular. I switched to glass Dr. Brown's and then to Born loose glass bottles. I kinda use the two on a similar time yet i think of i like the Born loose bottles extra acceptable because of the fact the areas that decrease gasoline are extra advantageous and consequently extra trouble-free to bathe. I earlier used Avent and switched using BPA difficulty and that i did no longer like the way the plastic began to sniff in spite of how nicely i'd clean them they nonetheless retained the milk smell. So ,I now use glass and prefer it.

Are those the ones that have a tilted top? I have the Ventaire bottles and they work great. You should not stock up on any one bottle, You should see how your baby takes to it first.

I would wait to see what your baby thinks, we tried several different brands before settling on platex ventaire. He hated the soothies! Yours may love them. all babies are different.
