I have already received the item and left good feedback for them more than 2 weeks ago and after 3 emails reminding them to please leave feedback, they still have not!!!

Kiara, a lot of the power sellers have huge egos (and pocketbooks) and they don't need your business.
If you go and hang out at the ebay message boards you will find them and they are *sses!
Did you check their profile and see what type of feedback they do leave? And how long it takes them? They may just be the guys who never leave good feedback. And after you sent the second email you got put into the "crazy" file and now they won't respond, but if you continue to badger them don't be shocked if they post some horrible comment about you and will bring down your rating.
Just forget it and move on.

Maybe you werent an ideal customer. They dont have to do anything.
I wouldnt leave the feedback just beacause you are annoying.

I would go to customer service and tell them that the person isn't leaving feedback

yep nothin much, its ok,you recived the item good and all and some people are jerks. i say leave it alone, maybe try emailing them from a diff email or to a diff email, he might not be gettin em
