Have never heard of someone being fired by belching. However,
would simply state that you do not know. You are getting paid for the job you are doing. He should be ashamed of storming into your area. Maybe he needs an anger management course.

It depends on the specialty of the CEO and if he has a sense of humor. If he is marketing background, he would appreciate how someone can swiggle out this jam so cute answers that cause a laugh would be ok with him. If he is a stiff, like a finance guy or military, then either say you have a health problem or it just happened before you realized it.

I'm guessing that you didn't type this question while the CEO was staring at you. So the matter has probably taken care of itself. Personally, I would just let the issue ride. If my boss confronted me on it later, I'd tell him the truth and apologize.

Better a belch than a FART!!!
Seriously, if you havent owned up to it by now, it's far far too late.
That's the kind of thing you have to say "I did it, sir and I'm very sorry, I have gas and sometimes I cannot control it".

Well I guess you should learn some manners and consideration for others. Why should so many of them be inflicted with your rudeness?
I suggest that you apologize to all and don't do it again.

LIE! As long as no one knows it was you. If someone does know who is going to tell on you then run....straight to the toliets and walk out casually wandering what all the fuss is about
