Use Winzip firstly
However, I know that some people use programmes with ultra high Compression. I saw one 26 Meg file compressed to 1.39 meg. Anyways, you need to know what the file name is before you can either un-arj, use g-unzip to decompress. The file ending will be the giveaway for what you need

If you just want to access the files, right-click the zip file, select 'open with' and choose 'compressed (zipped) folders.

To actually decompress the files, you'll need to download something like Winzip or WinRAR.

You need to download a program. You can use either WinZip or WinAce, both of which offer free trial programs.
www.winzip.com or www.winace.com
After this is installed, open the program
Click on the top button that says extract, choose the file you want to unzip, and where you want it to be unzipped.
