The key word here is CONSENT.

To a point, playful harassment is fine. If your lover likes it then go with it. If they don't like it, stop doing it!!

Playing becomes a form of harassment when a person tells you to stop and you do not! If they do not like being physically held down then yes that is disrespect.

If they don't like it...it causes them anxiety or distress, then it's wrong. It doesn't matter if you mean it "playfully" if they aren't enjoying the play.
