What do you think which team will be second team to win national championship?
It's University of Utah or University of Illinois and etc.

Neither, I honestly can't see either of those teams winning it all anytime soon, or for that matter, not in the next 10 years.
But if I had to say which one has the best chance I would say Illinois over Utah. If (a big if too) Illinois ever becomes good enough to win the Big Ten, they would have a better chance of making it to the national title game. Evidence of this is recently Utah had a good season (which I don't think they could repeat) but wasn't even really considered to be able to play with the teams that went to the title game nor thought of as good enough to be considered to play in that game.
Best Chance: Illinois, but it's still a long shot

I think there are only 4 left. Central Michigan University, Florida State University, Mississippi College and the University of Utah. Unless you consider The "Fighting Illini" one as well. If Illinois is able to keep it's mascots name, I would have to say Illinois.

Illinois is already folding to the politically correct crap. FSU has special approval from the Seminole Chief and will continue with their logo and mascot. Next the Irish will complain about Notre Dame or the animal rights whackos will sue Colorado over the misuse of Buffalos. How stupid we have become
