In The Guinness Book Of World Records 2002 , the film "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut" was said to have the most profanity used in an animated film. It contained a total of 399 swear words (the word "****" was used 146 times). 199 offensive gestures and also contained 221 acts of violence.

I don't know which has the most cussing, but we played a drinking game in college with the movie Scarface. Everytime an F bomb was said, you had to drink. You can't make it through half the movie without getting hammered.
