There are lots of OTC supplements that can help. Anything that contains Yohimbe (herb or root) will work great. Don't take it every day though or he may get kinda sick. There's a guy named Dr. Sahelian (sp?) http://www.raysahelian.com/ that makes a good one.

Similar to Viagra there are Cialis and Levitra are very similar.
Cialis lasts up to 30 hrs longer than viagra.
For some viagra works best, for some cialis, for some levitra. the other so called "herbal viagra" products is just a waste of time. did not work for me or any people I know.
For me cialis works best. I have tried viagra and cialis so far. Viagra gave me a headache sometimes and sometimes a weird feeling the next morning (hard to explain what exactly) cialis has no side effects for me so far, altough I think that the erections viagra gave me were somehow more intense.
Just go to your doc for a free sample pack of all 3 - viagra cialis and levitra and you will discover what works and what is not working for you.
Also this is a good source of info

Also, It is an online community of viagra cialis and levitra users. the site also has got a good message board and price comparison of cheapest trusted online pharmacies.

I would say that viagra is the most popular medication for treating erectile dysfunction and probably the best, but if someone doesn't want to take viagra I would recommend these other medications:
Levitra
Levitra is the second drug which was approved by the FDA for treating erectile dysfunction (after Viagra). Levitra comes in the form of round orange tablets and can be found in dosages of 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. The normal starting dosage is 10mg and it is recommended you take only one dose per day.

Cialis
Cialis is also a good drug for treating erectile dysfunction and is the third drug approved by the FDA. These tablets are yellow and almost oval shaped, they also come in dosages of 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg .

There are absolutely NO over-the-counter supplements that will do what Viagra does. That stuff is all a rip-off and a waste of money. Don't waste your time with it.
Go to the doctor and get a free sample of Viagra.

Why is he afraid? The Dr. is there to help, not to point and laugh. He may have a serious underlying condition that needs treatment. Things like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease can all cause ED erectile dysfunction. Yes, it is embarrassing to go to the Dr. but he will be glad he did.
There is nothing "herbal" or "natural" over the counter that works - its all crap and works only by the power of suggestion - the "placebo" effect. Don't waste your money....

Go to your local healthfood or drug store. There is a product called Horny Goat weed. My husband used this and it worked for him, BUT he should still go to the doctor. My husband's problem stemmed from low testosterone and he has to be on injections for it.
