i'm about to buy a pair of ankle boots and i want to get the most wear out of them as possible. i like them in suede, but i'm just not sure if suede and summer go together. should i opt for leather instead?

Yes suede can be worn in summer but during the evening and night would probably be the most comfortable. If they look great I'd definately get them.

No Way! Major Fashion Don't. Suede is Only a Winter sometimes Fall fabric. It is not to be worn in the summer. Your feet need to breathe in the summer. So pack those boots away until September! Boots period are not to be worn in the summer! That goes for the leather ones too!

Suede has more of a fall winter mood, but do what you want. Boots are really not a summer thing.

Not really - it would just be too hot. I think even leather may be too how. Why wear anle boots in summer? Sandals and Mules are the best to let your toes breath.
