I've been working out for just over 5 years... and I follow a pretty good workout schedule in that I pretty much get every body part worked out throughout the week with a few days off, plenty of rest, and some cardio thrown in too... the problem is this... I am not happy with my chest, I see plent of guys with awesome pecs, and wonder what they are doing aside from roids which I won't do.... the only thing I can figure is to start doing chest more than a couple days a week and see what happens there... anyone have any ideas??

Pushups, pushups, and more pushups.
Every other day, which means one week you'll do 3 days, the next 4. It's important to have that day of rest between. Constant working out the same muscles will make you wiry, but not big.

Do them one set wide, one set narrow - (elbows close to your side - this gets the upper chest and tricepts more than the wide ones).

You have to do a lot of them though, so keep pushing it, working up until you're doing sets of 50 each kind, 2-3 times a day, if not more.

Also, do pullups with your hands about 5-6 inches apart, pulling your elbows as close together as you can (about the same distance as your hands are apart, if you can do it).

Make sure you're eating enough protein. The best thing is to eat a can of tuna or salmon every day. It's very low fat (especially the tuna), but has lotsa protein.
This is what I do, and my chest is too big, if anything!

Do benchpresses or pushups with arms wide or far apart try 10 a day they are harder than regular pushups but you can increase the reps as you get better
