I judge people by the way they carry themselves. I love to watch people and I'm usually a pretty good judge of character just by looking at how they present themselves to others.

I have to say I am very critical of people's weight. I think that anyone who is overweight can only blame themselves. I know there will be many people who do not share my point of view but it is the truth. If you sit on your couch and eat potato chips all day then you will be fat. If you watch what you eat and exercise then you can control your weight. It always seem like the people who are the heaviest have the most excuses.
