Sachin still require 24 centuries to reach the centurymark, which
he will not be able to achieve before retirement as he may have only about 3 to 4 years playing time left out.

Unfortunately No!
I think Sachin can not make that figure, the reason is simple he will not last for a long period of time after the world cup, and he play only Test match after the world cup, so in Test match he cant not score 24 more centuries. He can score one or two before he hangs his gloves and bat.

My friend go and ask him for what he is scoring like this .. he he ! Even he's thinking that we all should amaze when he score great and leaves unpredictably(he brought more unpredictability to cricket). His hundreds are useless if India is losing - sadly that's what happening all these years. When he scores India fails. Do you know what's the reason behind this ? Let Sachin ask this question himself ! There are other good players in the team and in the continent too.. If he give space..

He can hit as many centuries he wants, heck even 100 centuries, if possible but can he put up a game winning, face saving performance to chalk up a win for the Indian team? No. Will he ever help India win the world cup? No

Tendulkar already have 76 international centuries under his belt. I certainly believe that he has it in him to score 24 more centuries, thus completing the tally of 100 international centuries.
