Just be honest with that one -- but not BRUTALLY honest!
You should ALWAYS be prepared for the common questions:
1. Why do you want to work here?
2. What are your strengths?
3. What sets you apart from your peers?
4. What do you know about our company?

I'm too much of a perfectionist and I sometimes spend too much time on certain tasks because of it.
I sometimes take on too many tasks at once and I don't realize that I complete them all to the best of my ability.
