I want to use some form of birth control after baby is born, but I don't want to use hormon methods because i plan to breast feed. Its been a long time sense I used a barrier and spermacide, so I am looking for advice.

I would stick with just plain old condoms, if you are going to use a barrier method. The spermicide might be irratating especially after just having a baby. For other methods, I would check Plannedparenthood.com for the best info
