suppose the situation in a call centre ( voice based - inbond - platinum or high profle customers )and tell me if someone ask u " what is customer satisfication and being a customer , what is ur experience and how could u make a customer delight?

My second job is in a retail store. Customer satisfaction means that the customer is satisfied with the overall service he/she received whether it be over the phone or in person. You have to be polite and knowledgeable about the product(s) you are selling in order to answer the customer's questions intelligently.
