Just eat the donut, worst case scenario, you die, and if peopel hate you that much you're not long of this world anyway. Unless it's cocolate; chocolate donuts suck

You said a "patient" brought them to you? Do you work in a Dentist's office, or, a gynecologist's office, or a psychiatrist's office maybe? That would make a whole lot of difference in deciding what to do with them to me!
