Tell your parents your Idea and maybe they can find some stuff for you to do around the house for some extra cash. You could also babysit, cut grass, deliver papers, etc

I am glad that you are not going to steal! Ask your parents if you can do chores for money. Offer to do things for neighbors like car washing, lawn mowing, babysitting things like that. Make a flyer advertising some of the things that you are willing to do and pass them out around your neighborhood. Make sure that your parents say it is ok and they know where you are at all times.

Well, i am 14 & i have got a part time job & that has got me enough money for an ipod. Try getting one in the holidays & work from there if you want to continue through school time. Hope it helps!

They cost a lot, like $100. They are not cool enough to work 10 hours @ $10/hour just to have one. $10/hour is way over minimum wage and not realistic for a 14 year old. At minimum wage you would have to work almost 20 hours to earn that much.

There are tons of minimum wage jobs. $10/hour jobs are much harder to come by and usually require skills.

If you are looking for a way to get the money without working for it, please realize that everybody wants to "get rich quick". If it was easy everybody would do it.

i think babysitting pays GREAT! i got my ipod in no time! i get 20$ a day, charging 5$ an hour/10$ an hour

holidays pay extra, and the parents might tell their friends about you. to get the job, maybe you could bring cookies or something to the family and say "I heard you have kids, and i want to let you know that i am available if you ever need a babysitter." (cookies for new familys... i dont know...)
