My cusin is a total geek..he doesn't have glasses or braces or anything but he doesn't need them he is still geeky! Okay so I'm trying to put together a list of what he needs to change and some tips but i need some more please help!!!
(ex. wear baggy pants not tight tight jeans!!)

Are you trying to say that the tight jeans are geeky or not geeky? They can be either way and jeans look pretty cool on boys, but if they're seriously tight, they can look a bit.. odd. Baggy trousers (pants) aren't bad either, they're in fashion.
May be you could suggest some new hair styles or get him to have some gel. You can't change the way he looks facially or bodily so you're just going to have to deal with that.
But he is your cousin and you should respect him and his opinions (like you should respect anyone and their wishes). Does he want to change, or is he happy how he is? After all, being in your own skin is always the best option.

Baggy jeans r not the answer! Just b/c he's geeky, u can't just slap baggy jeans on him b/c then he'll probably just look stupid being that he wouldn't even know how to walk in them. If neither one of u have a sense of fashion, then I suggest that u shop @ Nordstrom, Bloomies, or Macy*s. They have a variety for every age and your almost guaranteed to come out with something fashionable. Also, when ur shopping, make sure u try on all ur clothes b4 purchasing them. Only buy the things that make u say, "Oh WOW! This is hot!" b/c if it just looks ok, chances r ur not gonna know how to make it make u look hot. But if ur cousin is comfortable the way he is, then u should let him decide whether or not he wants this "make over". And how is it that u want to help someone and u need help urself?

hey!! Have you ever seen the show Beauty&the Geek?!
it's when they change like really geeky guys and make them well not geeky! its like my favouritist showw so i guess i have some tips!
mm well he might ACT geek, which you can't really change. he has to be exposed to new things, like the opposite sex. like maybe you and your friends can try to help him out all together and can admire him, you know? his confidence would go up so much and it would start to show because he'd take pride in how he'd look.
and for style, clothes is different for everyone! normally jeans and a nice, tighter shirt, but it would depend on his body type, so maybe you wanna help him shop!
Small spikes (hair gel) is nice, or just longer hair, like surfer hair, is cool!!!
Well here's some to add to the list: (for him)
-feel confident
-watch chickflicks with guys in it, such as John Tucker Must Die to give some tups of how to act
-watch beautyandthegeek to see some tranformations and how it effects youu
- wear shirts such as polos because all guys look good in them!!
-if your brave, try pink polo - "real men wear pink"
-jeans, jeans, jeans!!
-skater shoes
ETC.

Well I'd need to see a pic of him first to say anything...and you didn't really say what he wears or looks like..and tight jeans actually look good on some guys...European guys wear them...as long as they're not high up to their chest or something. I can't stand those thugs/wiggers who wear big oversized jeans that hang down their *** with their underwear showing...not attractive. Don't make him look like an idiot and wear that.
