BE THE 3RD PARTY N0 STRINGS ATTACHED. IT WOULD MUCH BETTER FOR THE AVERAGE AMERICAN CITIZEN. GET RID OF THE LAWYERS THEY PASS LAWS ,DO NOT ABIDE BY THEM, KEEP STUPID LAWS IN THE BOOKS, AND LIE ABOUT THE FACTS. A GOOD THING WE HAVE FREE PRESS, I IMAGINE THE FIELDDAY THEY WOULD HAVE WITHOUT ANYONE WATCHING THEM LIKE A HAWK. WE ARE IN A MESS AND I DON'T SEE A SOLUTION IN EXISTING BOTH PARTIES BUT I DO SEE SOME GOOD MEN IN THOSE PARTIES WITH THEIR HANDS TIED. GET OUT OF THERE, START YOUR OWN INDEPENDANT PARTY, FOR THE PEOPLE NOT FOR BIG BUSINESS WHERE DECISION MAKING IS BASED ON TRADE NOT AMERICA'S BEST INTEREST FOR IT'S CITIZENS.

You went to a government school didn't you?

You have absolutely no concept of economics nor of basic government, much less American History.

You sound frustrated, but only enough to beat sand over.

Don't you know that the "system" in place now is the result of the fable of the "democratic process" in America?

Here is a good question for you. How many times is the word "democracy" mentioned in the federal constitution? How many states have the word "democracy" in their constitutions?

I know, that was two questions, but there will be no additional charge.

The answer to both is ZERO.

Here is another question for you. How many states in the US are represented in Washington?

That one is a little harder. Think! OK, the answer is NONE. The country of Uganda is represented to the US but the states don't have representation.

Ever since the 19th ammendment that placed the election of Senators a matter of "public" vote, the states were no longer being represented, as per the original constitution where Senators were appointed by the House of Representatives for the purpose of answering to the House regarding the interests of the states in federal government.

If you want a third political party, great, but you need to get real about politics and do your best to get over your government education. Practically NOTHING you mention in your "comments" is relevant to the problem. Instead you should study the constitution, the Federalist Papers (hey, its tough reading but worth the effort) and see what you can do to return our current "system" of elections and representation BACK to what the founding fathers intended.

Your comments just sound like more "class warfare" crap. Self-governance is a high responsibility and duty.

Unfortunately I am beginning to agree more and more that as much as 50% of this nation is not capable of self governance and does not want indipendence and freedom.

By the way, political "parties" by their very nature all (and any future ones as well, even your dreamy "no strings attatched party) ALL HAVE AND WILL HAVE STRINGS ATTATCHED.

Don't you get it yet. America was/is the greatest experiment in self government by the people ever attempted and political parties are part of the problem. We need indipendent, free and liberty loving people to do THEIR jobs and clean out that nest of thieves and liars we call Washington DC.

Look at your 401K. Look who employs 75% of the population. You are big business. The only third party that I'd consider is one that represents individials who do not want a bloated nanny state run by the pointy head thugs at the UN.

An anti-collective party if you will.

OK, but if you want to make enough money to run such a party, you are going to have to start a big business. Then you'll be one of them.

Typical liberal mindset. Most of us work for Big Business and without big business we have no jobs. The govt does not create wealth or jobs.

in this country unfortunately you need millions upon millions of dollars to start a formidable campaign and the people don't have that money to spend like big business does.
