There is a web page which allows you to enter an address. The map will show you where registered offenders are working and living (if they are indeed registered)

Check out your local sheriff's website, there should be a function that allows you to look up sex offenders. They will list them all, so you'll have to look through them to see how many are women.

fort wayne is reknown for the level of offenders there, be careful, youll find one on every corner, in every bookstore, under every bus shelter, in each mc dons, star bucks white castle, kfc. walmart, THEY ARE EVERYWHERE
