I've asked myself the same question many times and came down to the conclusion as follows: When you receive a negative response, go to the "edit question" isle and pick "add details'. Then address the person as their screen name and just tear them apart! At the end of 3 days when you are suppose to pick an answer, don't pick one. Then it will go in for voting. When it does, scroll to the way bottom and pick "no best answer".
It's a terrible deal when you have to give someone ten points when they are so rude, isn't it.
