I haven't seen The Departed yet, but I have seen most of the other ones. Does it rank as one of his best?

The Departed is good, even though it was a remake from an asian film called Infernal Affairs. Exact same movie. Anyways

I haven't seen all of his, but I love "Color of Money" with Paul Newman and Tom Cruise, "Cape Fear" with Robert DeNiro and Nick Nolte, and check out "The Last Temptation of Christ" - got so much bad publicity - but well worth watching and very thought-provoking, with Willam Defoe, Harvey Keitel, and Barbara Hershey, and many others.
