No they do not change it. Feyenoord a few years ago & Roma in 84 are the only examples that I can think of.

the UEFA Champions' League final will still be played at the selected venue even if one of the team happens to be the home ground for that venue. Sporting CP Lisbon played in the 2004 UEFA Cup final at their home ground when they qualified all the way to the final only to lose to PFC CSKA Moskva 3-1.
this year there are no teams from GREECE for this seasons' UEFA Champions' League final.

It is just the luck of the draw. The venue is decided so far in advance of the final that all teams know what the score is. Doesn` happen very often though.

It has happened a couple of times in the UEFA Cup. I think Feyenoord made the final at their home ground in 2002, and won against Borussia Dortmund. Also in 2005 Sporting Lisbon made the final at their home, but lost to CSKA Moscow.

If it happnes that the team that plays their home games at the ground where the final is to be held, they still hold it there. It has happened in the past quite a few times.

they wouldn't change. by the time they know which team will be in the final it is too late to change the venue anyway. i beleive that they would still do a drawing to determine the home and away team, if they haven't do so prior to the final. maybe after the first knock out stage or right after the semifinals.

Nothing would happen.
The game would still go ahead at the original venue.
The both teams would get the same amount of supporters for the game.
Both teams would be drawn to see who was classed as the home team & who was the away team.

In the champions league final anyone can win, remember Istanbul. It certainly doesn`t matter where you play it, home ground or not.
Also Liverpool beat Roma in 84 on Roma`s home turf.

Generally they continue the final at the same place.
The Home Team will be-The real home team
However there will be little difference between no of supporters
Thank you!
