Casino Royale is one of worst film i ever watched.

I AGREE!!!! it was horrible.. they REMADE the Casino Royale! Come on!!! think of something new... It is like why would you remake a great bond movie with an blonde, blue eyed bond.. every single bond was brown haired... I dont get it..... Daniel craig is no match to pierce brosnan or to bond period!!

Casino Royale in one sense is a remake because the original movie used the James Bond persona. BUT it had absolutely nothing in common with the novel. The first Casino Royale movie had been a spoof of all the spy movies of that era.
The second Casino Royale movie from what I understand actually conforms mostly to the original Ian Fleming novel.
I have yet to see the new Casino Royale because I have never been a fan of Daniel Craig. I have heard from a Bond critic that his acting was good and he is a hard person to impress.
Daniel Craig will be around for a while because the movie made a lot of money. One can only hope that the next one tanks and they get rid of him and bring Pierce back.

Casino Royale is by the chritics one of THE BEST BOND MOVIES ever.You should ask reversed question is Pierce Brosnan a match for Daniel Craig (no offence on Pierce, but Craig is compared to Sean Connery, and is a slight better than Pierce).So my wote is 53% on Craig, 47% on Pierce

Oh well.
$600million at the Box Office (so far) suggests Daniel Craig will be Bond for a few more films.
And the same people who were up in arms about Pierce Brosnan being cast as Bond ended up crying into the bottom of their empty champagne glasses when he was recast.
Give Daniel Craig time.
And to the answerer above who is aghast about it being a 'REMAKE', for heavens sake dear, half the films you see nowadays are remakes.
The Departed even won this years Oscar for best film!

Both Daniel and Pierce are unique in their own way.. Pierce is popular for his charm nd his elegance... d way he wooed women....Daniel is somewhat diff.....he has got the rough look and d voice which u expect from a spy..... also the fact that previous bond movies has been action packed with gizmos and stuff made Casino Royale fall short of expectation. We should look forward to next Bond movie and then decide if and only if Daniel is the real BOND........

Daniel Craig is a much better Bond than Brosnan. Craig is comparable to Sean Connery, who is the best out of them all.

Daniel Craig is not a bad actor, but Pierce Brosnan is more secret agent, than D C.... and can we call D C sexy and smart?- I don't think so:)

In my opinion, Brosnan at least looks like Bond. Craig, to me, looks like he should be in some action movie shooting wild ducks or something and baring his body for whistles. He just isn't as classy as Brosnan and Brosnan just isn't as good as Roger Moore.

maybe if it was a young pierce bronsan from his remington steele days,,, not now, Daniel Craig rocked as a more brutal bond, almost elevating himself up to sean connery level,,, definitely better than roger moore or timothy dalton

you right pierce bronsnan got the BOND THING ! but unfortunately Daniel Craig lacks it,any way lets hope BOND WILL BE BACK SOON.
