does anyone know a good website for checking out my rights as a council tenant living next door to a homebuyer? surely just because im a council tenant that doesnt mean my neighbour can whinge every time my kids play outdoors.

i had the same trouble with a neighbour and was given the advice to call the number 101 you can report any disturbance that a neighbour causes on this number good luck

well just make sure youre being a polite neighbor. I have one that is so stupid he cant figure out why i'm banging on the floor so I odnt have to hear his tv. I can almost make out the words, its that loud. not sure which is worse, if I could hear the words or the mummmmmbling noise it makes the way it is now.

why dont you have a down to earth talk with your next door neighbour. and find out hes grievance is.
